Mr. Simon Langkjœr, born July 13th 1990, worked for our company from April 1st 2018 to March 31st 2019.

Virtual Identity develops web-based solutions for brand management, corporate communications and marketing communications. Around 180 employees in the areas of creation, development, consulting and account management work in Freiburg, Munich, Porto and Vienna.

Simon participated in the Digital Entrepreneurship at Virtual Identity. He went through the following tracks:

Strategy track

· Insight: Synthesizing business and digital know-how to unlock new reservoirs of value.
· Ideation & Innovation: Engineering novel ways of delivering value through creativity & recombination.
· Presentation: Delivering strategic recommendations and work product in business settings.
· Created an instantaneous commuting application with AVL Engineering as an initiative to provide the people a service to commute in a more emssion friendly way.

Development track

· Gained Knowledge about current web development trends.
· Coding of web applications on a basic level.
· Experience with agile development processes.

Prototyping track

Simon could always use his experience and his good knowledge from the creation area well in our projects. He familiarised himself quickly even with demanding tasks and projects with great curiosity, commitment and patience. He solved problems confidently. Simon acted in a solution-oriented and customer-oriented manner, keeping an eye on the essentials. Simon was always able to impress us both conceptually as well as technically.

His motivation made work with him very pleasant. His commitment and motivation fulfilled the requirements of the dynamic life of our agency. His interest in developing personally and professionally impressed us.

No matter how stressful the situation or how great the time pressure: It often amazed us, how well Simon dealt with it. He implemented his tasks and projects quickly and purposefully. He was able to take new approaches and develop further ideas.

Simon was always appreciative and friendly with team leaders, colleagues and customers in all situations. It was a true pleasure to have him in the team.

With the end of the Digital Entrepreneurship Simon is leaving Virtual Identity on March 31st 2019.

Simon Langkjœr has been interning at the Die Asta Experience from August 2017 to the middle of October. After his internship he was hired as a freelancer from October until the end of November 2017.

Die Asta Experience develops and produces digital interactive projects for tv, film companies, NGO's, museums, attractions and companies in Denmark and abroad. Simons internship was on the project "Deadline Syria" an interactive documentary for education, developed in cooperation with Red Barnet and launched in collaboration with DR.

Simons job was to was to set up the UI and film content in a platform called Klynt and to test and do server-uploads. During the project Simon also got involved in cutting and grading smaller scenes of the video content and ended up colorgrading the whole production. After his own wish Simon participated in the creation of the UX and gave feedback on the graphical presentation from an external designer.

Simon has shown commitment, ingenuity, patients in learning a new technical platform, as well as endurance in working with complex processes and systems under tight deadlines. He has good aesthetic and graphical observations and skills.

It is hereby confirmed that Simon Langkjær (cpr. 130790-3233) has been employed as a student helper at MT Højgaard A/S in the period 15th. of April until the 24th. of May.
Simon Langkjær has functioned as a student helper in the Customers & Markets department. During the whole period Simon has worked closely with visual designer Jacob Christensen.

As a student helper Simon has taken care of a number of tasks within the scope of smaller film productions and photography. Besides having taken care and solved smaller and manageable tasks Simon has also assisted Jacob Christensen with more complicated tasks.

One of the areas that Simon really has a desire for is sound production and he has made excellent sound design for several film productions at MT Højgaard.

Simon is the type meets his tasks with courage and enthusiasm even though they at times have been unknown territory for him.

I wish Simon good luck with the rest of his studies and what the future might hold. I hereby give my best recommendations.
